Stacked specializes in a customizable grill experience with fresh, hand-pressed burgers, specialty fries, and familiar grill classics. The station is built around quick, student-friendly favorites with options that feel fresh, approachable, and easy to personalize.

Pizza, pasta, sauces, and Italian-inspired favorites.

Cucina offers an authentic pizzeria-style experience with fresh doughs, pasta, and signature sauces crafted from quality ingredients. In addition to specialty pizzas, the station may feature a pasta bar for personalized creations and a bread bar with a variety of breads and spreads.

Salads, grains, proteins, toppings, and lighter options.

Greens & Grains creates rotating salad and grain bowl experiences with ancient grains, premium proteins, fresh vegetables, toppings, and themed menu options. The station gives students the ability to build balanced meals with fresh salads, grain bowls, hearty greens, and seasonal ingredients.

Signature sandwiches plus build-your-own deli options.

Signature Deli offers a rotating selection of signature sandwiches along with a build-your-own component. The deli format should include a variety of breads, proteins, cheeses, toppings, and condiments so guests can choose a classic sandwich or customize their own.

Allergen-friendly meals with clean proteins, rice, and vegetables.

Elements is an allergen-friendly station designed to avoid the 11 major allergens, as well as allergens that reflect the current student body. The station offers a clean protein meal with rice and vegetables daily, along with rotating specials such as gluten-free burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, tacos, pizza, and sandwiches. Elements team members are trained to help accommodate additional allergen requests.

House-made soups, chilis, garnishes, and warm add-ons.

Broth will be offered at the deli station and will feature house-made soups and chilis that rotate often. Options may include broth-based, cream-based, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan selections, with garnishes and bread options used to add flavor, texture, and variety.

Desserts and sweet treats.

Sugar Lab brings a fun, sweet finish to the dining experience with desserts, baked goods, and craveable treats. From classic favorites to rotating sweets, this station gives students a place to grab something special and satisfy their sweet tooth.
